Memberships
Clients who service takes longer than an hour may be charged a $15 fee for every 15 minutes needed after the first hour.
This charge will be applied at checkout, and is not included in our membership pricing.
Polices
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment,
please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your
appointment, a $25 fee will apply.
Late Policy
If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, we may adjust
your service(s) to help keep our stylists on schedule.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right
to cancel your appointment if it conflicts with any upcoming clients
as well as charge a $25 cancellation or rescheduling fee.
No Show Policy
If you miss an appointment without prior notice,
you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
